Movers lost hardware and apparently took what they could find from owners toolbox. Assembly with out washers resulted in scratching finish off leaving base metal exposed. |

Movers partially assembled bed frame and put box spring and mattress in place as if fully assembled. Center of frame was not secured. If bed had been used as left by movers further damage to bed would have resulted and possibly injury. |
