there had been a scratch in the leather finish - new scratch has ripped off top layer of leather.

scratched off enamel white finish on headboard and foot board while assembling bed.

Movers lost hardware and apparently took what they could find from owners toolbox. Assembly with out washers resulted in scratching finish off leaving base metal exposed.

Some limited scratches where from a previous move on the frame, none through to the base metal.

Movers partially assembled bed frame and put box spring and mattress in place as if fully assembled. Center of frame was not secured. If bed had been used as left by movers further damage to bed would have resulted and possibly injury.

Movers lost hardware to assemble table top to base. Movers used hardware from owners tool box to assemble but could not tighten connections. Movers did not bring a tool box with them.

Note - Inspection of delivered goods is incomplete.
